Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a call package from ReviewCaller. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

The service

ReviewCaller calls customers who left your business a review, usually three or four stars, to hear about their experience. A real person makes each call, listens, asks questions, and writes down what matters. We report what we learned back to you.

What a package includes

You buy a fixed number of customer calls. Each call is one outreach case, and one case covers:

  • One verified customer.
  • Up to two telephone attempts.
  • A written record of the conversation and its outcome.
  • One brief follow-up where appropriate.

The packages are:

  • Trial: 5 customer calls for $295 CAD.
  • Standard: 12 customer calls for $595 CAD.
  • Business: 25 customer calls for $1,095 CAD.

A case is used once we have made the first telephone attempt for that customer, whether or not they answer. You receive a record of every attempt and its outcome.

What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee that a customer will answer or agree to talk.
  • We do not guarantee that any review will be changed, removed or improved.
  • We do not offer customers payment, discounts or other incentives in exchange for changing a rating, and we will not do so at a client's request.

Customers remain free to leave their honest assessment. What you are buying is professional calls and useful information.

Payment

Packages are prepaid, one-time purchases in Canadian dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Payment is taken through Stripe on an account held by The Good Work Club, which appears as the merchant on your receipt and card statement. We do not collect or store card details on this website.

You can buy additional packages whenever you need them.

Refunds

If you need to cancel, contact us. We review refund requests based on the calls that have already been attempted.

Your responsibilities

  • You give us accurate contact details for the customers you want called, taken from your own records.
  • You confirm that each person is your customer and that your business is permitted to have us contact them on its behalf, including under the privacy and telephone contact rules that apply to you.
  • You share customer details only through the secure process we set up with you, not by regular email or through the forms on this website.
  • You tell us about anything we should know before calling, such as an open dispute or a customer who has asked not to be contacted.

How we call

We identify ourselves and say which business we are calling for. We are polite, we do not pressure anyone, and we stop when asked. If a customer asks not to be called again, we respect that and let you know. Calls are not recorded. Serious complaints are passed to you promptly so you can respond.

Confidentiality

What your customers tell us is reported to you and no one else. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a package is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue or changes in your ratings.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you buy a package applies to that package.
